Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product direction: set strategy, outcomes, and roadmap for the clinical trials platform, including clear prioritization of what to build and what to exclude.
  • •Work inside the workflow by observing investigators, coordinators, referring clinicians, patients, sponsors, and CRO operators to identify real constraints.
  • •Map end-to-end study journey from set-up and awareness through matching, consent, referral, site intake, screening, enrollment, and retention—removing delay without weakening control.
  • •Design safe prescreening by turning inclusion/exclusion criteria into explainable, reviewable workflows usable under time pressure.
  • •Partner with clinical, legal, privacy, security, and quality to build trust from the start (consent, traceability, explainability, role-based access, auditability, human review) and ship iterative releases.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product work in regulated or clinically complex environments, with evidence of what you’ve shipped or built.
  • •Hands-on product ownership: run discovery, analyze data, write documentation, test workflows, and unblock delivery.
  • •Ability to move fast inside constraints, treating safety, consent, and data integrity as key parts of the challenge.
