Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, execute, and continuously evolve enterprise logistics strategies and programs that optimize inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and end-to-end transportation performance.
  • •Build and maintain carrier performance management frameworks, including KPIs, scorecards, and real-time reporting; use analytics to identify trends and drive operational improvements.
  • •Lead strategic sourcing and carrier partnership management, including RFP management, contract negotiations, rate/tariff optimization, and performance governance with 3PLs and transportation partners.
  • •Expand and optimize logistics/transportation networks for freight, e-commerce, and complex industrial projects by identifying and onboarding new lanes, modes, and service providers.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to align logistics with business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory/customs/brokerage/duty/Incoterms/trade compliance while reducing landed costs and streamlining processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • •5+ years developing and improving KPI frameworks and carrier performance management programs.
  • •5+ years leading sourcing strategy, carrier negotiations, and carrier partnership management.
  • •5+ years of proven people management experience leading and supporting logistics teams.
  • •Must be available to work extended hours/weekends as needed and be willing to travel up to 40%.
