•Translate assortment into forecasts across channel, store, and product mix, and plan assortments by store type, price ladder, and lifecycle.
•Monitor in-season performance and KPIs (sales/sell-through/margin), identifying winners/risks and taking timely actions to protect brand value.
•Set and adjust retail promotions and discount/markdown strategies to clear inventory while aligning with sell-through and inventory strategy.
•Collaborate cross-functionally as a bridge between finance and merchandising/planning/sales/marketing to ensure end-to-end alignment and provide inputs to demand planning/allocation.
