Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner following operating procedures.
  • •Provide leadership, mentorship, and management for a team of up to 10 accountants.
  • •Act as main point of contact for PtP Team Lead scope issues and queries.
  • •Coordinate invoice payment operations, oversee month-end closure, and manage supplier master data processes.
  • •Ensure KPI achievement for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness; oversee aged invoice and payment resolution and perform quality control audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field.
  • •5 years’ experience in the Accounts Payable area.

  • •Experience with Movex/M3 is a strong asset; working knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
