Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising through recovery, restock/destock, and visual changes aligned to directives
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes with management using payroll management and zone/visual support based on business needs
  • •Partner with Operations & Visual Manager on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities
  • •Lead by example, coach associates, evaluate performance using company tools, and collaborate on cross-functional training and store opening/closing to visual standards
