Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field plus 8 years of experience in land development, infrastructure, or project/program management (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Demonstrated experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects.
  • •Experience driving due diligence, zoning, permitting, entitlement, and offsite infrastructure processes.
  • •Proficiency conducting feasibility studies and evaluating potential development sites.
  • •Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
