Provide technical assistance to poultry producers, advising on building and equipment specifications, litter manipulation, and farm sanitation. Conduct farm visits to document bird comfort, manage flocks, adjust equipment settings, and ensure feed and light schedules support health and productivity. Monitor bird health, egg production, body weight, and conformation; perform required blood and fat sampling. Coordinate bird placements and ensure compliance with production contracts and USDA requirements.
