Build and evolve backend systems for member- and care-team experiences in cardiometabolic care. •Partner with product, clinical, and cross-functional teams to turn vision into shipped product.
•Own architecture and technical direction end to end for new member- and care team-facing experiences.
•Apply broad technical judgment across languages, frameworks, and systems, using AI-assisted tools to evaluate tradeoffs and guide delivery.
•Set the quality bar with clean, well-tested, scalable code and establish engineering best practices.
•Lead and multiply the team by mentoring engineers, removing ambiguity, and setting 6–12 month technical direction.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience writing readable, tested, efficient code.
•Strong in at least one modern backend language, with the ability to work across the stack when needed.

•Experience designing scalable, maintainable, secure APIs and building CI/CD pipelines.
•Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and deployment tools (Kubernetes, Docker), plus logging/monitoring/telemetry and DevOps principles.
