Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with product, clinical, and cross-functional teams to turn vision into shipped product.
  • •Own architecture and technical direction end to end for new member- and care team-facing experiences.
  • •Apply broad technical judgment across languages, frameworks, and systems, using AI-assisted tools to evaluate tradeoffs and guide delivery.
  • •Set the quality bar with clean, well-tested, scalable code and establish engineering best practices.
  • •Lead and multiply the team by mentoring engineers, removing ambiguity, and setting 6–12 month technical direction.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience writing readable, tested, efficient code.
  • •Strong in at least one modern backend language, with the ability to work across the stack when needed.
  • •Experience with Ruby or Python and with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • •Experience designing scalable, maintainable, secure APIs and building CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and deployment tools (Kubernetes, Docker), plus logging/monitoring/telemetry and DevOps principles.
