Manage a Marketing Automation/Operations team and partner across Sales, Distribution, IT, and Data to modernize customer engagement in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead marketing automation strategy, implementation, governance, and optimization across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360) for scalable, personalized journeys.
•Own Salesforce Data Cloud and partner with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Data to define data architecture, identity resolution, audience segmentation, governance, and ongoing optimization.
•Develop AI-enabled marketing automation programs to improve customer engagement, campaign performance, lead nurturing, lifecycle marketing, and measurable business outcomes via testing and analytics.
•Build and lead a high-performing Marketing Automation and Marketing Operations team through coaching, talent development, inclusion, accountability, and continuous learning.
•Partner with executive stakeholders to set marketing technology strategy, prioritize investments, evaluate emerging technologies, and ensure regulatory-compliant activation of customer data.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years leading marketing automation, marketing operations, customer data platforms, or related digital marketing functions.
•Expertise implementing and optimizing enterprise marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud, Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, including CRM integrations, segmentation, personalization, and journey orchestration.
•Strong technical and analytical capabilities with Salesforce CRM, data architecture, customer identity resolution, campaign analytics, A/B testing, and AI-enabled marketing technologies.
•Experience with Salesforce tools such as AMPscript, SSJS, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, plus HTML/CSS, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI (preferred).
•Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360) certifications and experience in financial services or insurance are preferred, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
•MBA or advanced degree preferred.
