Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and classify complex, sensitive, high-risk, escalated content across multiple regulated media formats and platforms.
  • •Apply approved classification standards and regulatory requirements consistently and accurately, including recommendations for borderline or precedent-setting cases.
  • •Document classification decisions and supporting rationale clearly and defensibly.
  • •Perform quality checks and peer reviews to maintain consistency and accuracy; support technical guidance for colleagues.
  • •Support onboarding and training, monitor workloads and operational issues, and advise the Head of Content Review on regulatory interpretation or policy-level decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in content review, editorial compliance, media regulation, classification, or a related field.
  • •Experience handling complex or sensitive content review cases and applying classification frameworks across multiple media formats.
  • •Ability to assess AI-generated, synthetic, manipulated, and emerging content for regulatory risks.
  • •Strong knowledge of content classification and review methodologies with analytical judgment and attention to detail.
  • •Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English; bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Journalism, Law, or related field (with related training/certification preferred).
