Job Summary

Manage cost and schedule control for an assigned portfolio of utility projects, overseeing planning, risk, and progress reporting. Lead and develop a team of Cost Controllers/Schedulers and partner with Project Managers and PMO to identify portfolio risks, keep schedules current, and support regulatory/ad hoc reporting. Ensure project cost structures and risk mitigation plans align with FERC and customer requirements, delivering safe projects ahead of schedule and under budget.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage cost and schedule control for the assigned Connecticut projects portfolio.
•Generate and supervise periodic cost and schedule reporting (e.g., Progress and Earned Value Report, Critical Path, 6-month lookahead, cost deviation analysis).
•Work with Project Managers and PMO to obtain/analyze portfolio performance and proactively identify risks.
•Create and maintain current project schedules and ensure standard account and cost structures comply with FERC and applicable regulations/customer requirements.
•Supervise risk management activities, including approving risk cost definitions and mitigation action plans, and oversee cost reconciliation by schedulers/cost controllers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 141,120 - 176,400 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Project Controls.
•Experience using cost and resource-loaded schedules in Primavera (P6 preferred).
•Advanced SAP skills, including writing queries and extracting data.
•Experience with capital project cost projections, trends, budgeting, and accounting.
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.
