•Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times, including processing deposits, handling currency/coin, cashing checks, and opening checking and savings accounts.
•Open and process new demand and time deposit accounts, including IRAs, certificates of deposit, and money market accounts.
•Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to generate new business and deepen client relationships, including conducting outbound calls.
•Research and resolve client issues and inquiries related to account status, delivering excellent client experience consistently.
•Assist banking center associates and management with daily operations support, including on-the-job training for new associates and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and controls.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED, plus 1 year of experience as a Teller (preferred).

•Ability to open and process deposit accounts, including savings accounts, IRAs, certificates of deposit, and money market accounts.
•Ability to identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend suitable bank products and services.
•Must complete the DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment to be considered for the role.
