Job Summary

Own end-to-end cost and reporting governance for Group Compliance, including designing automated financial workflows and audit-ready governance frameworks. Ensure expenses in SAP cost centers and WBS elements are accurate and compliant, and provide final sign-off on automated reports. Manage run and change cost planning, contract governance aligned to DORA and Third Party Risk Management, and build automated reporting pipelines using Power BI/Automate to translate leadership questions into decision-ready insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and govern automated cost-monitoring workflows for relevant cost centers and WBS elements.
•Maintain governance frameworks ensuring automated outputs are accurate, auditable, and compliant; perform final sign-off on automated reports.
•Oversee run costs and support quarterly forecast reporting for run and change costs in SAP.
•Design, build, and maintain automated reporting pipelines (Power BI, Power Automate) with defined data quality standards and KPIs.
•Own end-to-end compliance contract governance process aligned with DORA and Third Party Risk Management requirements, including vendor escalation and documentation/audit trails.
