Key Responsibilities

  • •Own people partnership across EMEA, becoming the trusted partner to leaders and teams in the UK & Ireland, Europe, South Africa, and the UAE.
  • •Translate regional business priorities and growth plans into clear people priorities for performance, talent, and team effectiveness.
  • •Coach managers on performance, feedback, accountability, and complex employee matters, building manager confidence.
  • •Drive organizational design, workforce planning, team structure, and succession as the region scales; identify capability and talent gaps early.
  • •Support multi-jurisdiction employment requirements (including EOR-employed teams) and use people data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
