Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead yield, product, process, and quality improvements for optical coherent transceivers.
  • •Lead product debug and RMA activities, driving actions through closure.
  • •Support cost modelling and lead cost reduction activities with cross-functional teams.
  • •Coordinate DFX activities across design, test, and process engineering teams, and optimize in-process and final test specifications.
  • •Perform failure analysis with root cause identification and corrective actions; create troubleshooting guides and approve readiness for volume manufacturing.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a relevant major.
  • •5+ years’ experience supporting design and NPI of high bit rate optical transponders.
  • •Strong experience with optical modules production/process, including QSFP-DD, OSFP, CFP2, and QSFP-112.
  • •In-depth knowledge of analog and digital electronics, RF, and optical communication circuits and components.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to drive solutions through cross-functional teams.
