Asphalt Paving Foreperson

Supervise and coordinate asphalt paving crews, ensuring safe work practices and compliance with legislation and company policies. You’ll oversee quality of completed work, train new crew members, plan hauling needs, and tour job sites to verify schedule progress and contract requirements such as slope and material thickness. Maintain time and materials records for daily job costing, manage production schedules and job estimates, and recommend improvements to methods, equipment, and crew performance.
