People Manager within the Data Ops ASM Custody team responsible for overseeing custody data operations across multiple sites, managing volumes and productivity, and coordinating with stakeholders across markets. You’ll ensure BAU and project work is delivered with strong controls, risk management, and continuous improvement to maintain data integrity and service delivery in a complex, global custody environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage people aligned to Data Ops ASM Custody, overseeing volumes and productivity targets and ensuring parameters are met.
•Motivate and develop the team by organizing activities to foster teamwork and positivity.
•Support SME & Line Manager in processing activities and queue/volumes management.
•Meet customer requirements and turnaround requests within agreed time-frames.
•Adhere to FIM, Audit, and Compliance controls and maintain a robust control environment across Client Data Services Offshore Services.

Key Requirements

•Lead and manage a custody data operations team aligned to Data Ops ASM Custody, driving productivity targets and adherence to agreed parameters.
•Coordinate with SME and Line Manager to keep the team motivated, fostering teamwork and a positive work environment.
•Assist in processing activities and queue/volumes management to meet customer requirements within agreed time frames.
•Ensure compliance with Financial/Operational controls (FIM) and audit requirements, maintaining robust control environment across offshore/onsite operations.
•Acquire and update knowledge of procedures and products to achieve quality targets and deliver accurate MI for stakeholders.
