Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the overall sourcing operations teams for factories/operations centers to execute global sourcing strategies.
  • •Lead Development & Commercialization and Production teams in partner groups/OCs to ensure JD/R&R execution and company standards (with support from relevant functional heads).
  • •Own KPI performance and use the SPIKE framework to drive partner KPI performance.
  • •Ensure only top quality product ships from factory and build close relationships to resolve issues quickly.
  • •Develop and coach teams and factory partners; role model leadership to foster a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10+ years of relevant business experience with 3+ years of people management experience.
  • •University degree in engineering/materials or related areas, or relevant expert work experience.
  • •Deep apparel technical product knowledge and expertise, with strong conceptual thinking.
  • •Wide experience with quality management concepts in manufacturing of consumer goods.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken), with strong presentation, negotiation, influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
