Key Responsibilities

  • •Support leadership as part of project teams on financial restructuring, contingency planning, and insolvency engagements across day-to-day client service work.
  • •Manage junior staff and produce high-quality deliverables within planned timescales.
  • •Develop distinctive client relationships and support client presentations.
  • •Provide guidance and support to team members to create an inclusive environment through timely feedback, mentoring/buddying, and supervision.
  • •Contribute to business development by starting to own elements, assisting with research documents, pitches, client presentations, and supporting sector/marketing key account teams and events.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong academic background at degree level.
  • •Qualified CA, or committed to completing the CA program.
  • •Analytical with strong IT skills using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • •Knowledge of restructuring services/insolvency or transferable skills from a client-facing role in professional services (e.g., corporate audit).
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a high-performance team; willingness to work under pressure and sometimes long hours.
