Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide safe, direct and indirect nursing care using nursing process and established therapeutic standards to achieve timely outcomes.
  • •Assess patients, identify normal vs abnormal characteristics, and determine care needs through patient assessment and clinical decision-making.
  • •Administer medications and therapeutic agents; perform skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and initiate peripheral venous access.
  • •Plan and implement patient care based on assessments and validated peer input; initiate emergency procedures when indicated.
  • •Document care accurately in the electronic medical record, maintain patient safety, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through effective communication.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of nursing experience.
  • •Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

  • •Adhere to therapeutic standards, patient care goals, and regulatory requirements (QCHP Nursing/Midwifery Framework; Joint Commission International; Plan of Care).
  • •Prefer 1+ year of experience in GCC; ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
