Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and design the full detection stack, including heuristics and threshold calibration, to define what signals indicate that something is wrong for the platform.
  • •Design and maintain anomaly detection pipelines (e.g., straggler node detection, GPU health signals, fleet baselines).
  • •Drive detection fidelity by reducing false positives and building feedback loops as the fleet grows.
  • •Evaluate and integrate ML/RL techniques where they outperform rule-based approaches, knowing when not to reach for a model.
  • •Ship customer-facing features end-to-end across the CCIA stack and scale systems to support a growing global fleet.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years shipping production software in either Go, Rust, C++, Java, or similar languages
  • •Deep experience building anomaly detection systems, heuristics-based rule engines, or ML/RL systems for infrastructure or data-intensive domains
