Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate feed mill operations to ensure efficient production and feed quality.
  • •Monitor ingredient mixing, grinding, and pelletizing processes; manage storage, handling, and inventory of raw materials and finished feed.
  • •Manage and train feed mill operators; assign daily tasks and monitor performance while promoting safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory and company feed safety protocols (e.g., FDA, USDA, FSMA), including sampling and testing and biosecurity/sanitation requirements.
