Equipment Sales Area Manager

Own day-to-day sales for building owner accounts across North West Italy (Valle d’Aosta, Piemonte and Liguria), developing customer trust, growing account share, and maintaining retention. Lead commercial customer acquisition, support proposals with Application/Quotation, negotiate within guidelines, and build long-term relationships with existing Agents. Track pipeline and metrics in internal systems, benchmark market trends, and coordinate marketing activities when needed.
