Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a technical role on energy projects within our renewables team and contribute to design across the project lifecycle from feasibility to detailed design and site construction supervision.
  • •Support delivery for technologies including onshore/offshore wind, solar PV, hydroelectric, grid connection works, hydrogen production/storage and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
  • •Deliver design outputs across the full lifecycle and collaborate with clients, utilities and private developers.
  • •Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and ensure designs meet project requirements, codes and standards.
  • •Assist in transferring designs to construction teams and support project delivery in the energy sector, helping clients transition to cleaner energy.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering or relevant science degree and a master’s degree.
  • •Experience where design was a major part of the role.
  • •Experience in the full cycle of project design delivery from inception to detailed design.
  • •Chartered or working towards chartership.
  • •General civil or electrical engineering experience within the energy market is welcome; strong passion for renewables is essential.
