Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
  • •At least 3-5 years’ senior-level Accident & Emergency nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital.
  • •Knowledge of trauma care pathways, emergency response protocols, and multidisciplinary trauma team coordination.
  • •Experience managing major trauma cases in a designated Trauma Centre or Emergency Department.
  • •Demonstrated ability to implement the Scientific Nursing Process (assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation, evaluation).
