Job Summary

Drive customer adoption of core use cases at scale by building and delivering scalable enablement and implementation processes. Become the product expert for ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative, auditing prompts and configurations and sharing recommendations to close gaps. Track leading and lagging adoption metrics with Revenue Operations, and partner with Account Management and CX to run regional workshops and webinars. Work across the customer journey to unify adoption strategy without writing code or owning accounts.

•Build scalable implementation and enablement processes to accelerate time-to-value for customers’ core use cases.
•Develop deep product expertise across the ElevenLabs platform, with focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative.
•Audit customer agents (prompts, configurations, feature setup) to identify gaps and provide recommendations.
•Track adoption metrics and partner with Revenue Operations to iterate on reporting and develop data-driven adoption strategies.
•Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption campaigns, including regional workshops and webinars.

Key Requirements

•6+ years in implementation, solutions consulting/engineering, or technical account management at a technical SaaS or AI-native company.

•A track record of building adoption-focused programs (onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content).
•Analytical, systems-thinking approach with strong ability to scale or automate using AI tools and workflows.
•Fluency in English; speaking Arabic is a plus.
