Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor the ServiceNow CMDB Health Dashboard daily/weekly to identify Completeness, Correctness, and Compliance anomalies.
  • •Investigate and remediate discrepancies including orphaned, stale, duplicate, or unverified Configuration Items (CIs).
  • •Develop and maintain analytics, KPIs, and reporting to communicate CMDB data health trends to IT leadership and stakeholders.
  • •Manage CI attestation lists by coordinating with CI Owners and Data Stewards to verify validity, lifecycle status, and ownership accuracy.
  • •Administer CI exclusion lists and enforce CSDM alignment, supporting best practices for CI naming conventions and data standards.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of professional experience in IT asset management, IT operations, or a dedicated data quality/analytics role.
  • •Hands-on proficiency with ServiceNow, including the CMDB Health Dashboard, CI Class Manager, and core ITSM modules.
  • •Strong analytical and data manipulation skills, including building scorecards and reports; experience with SQL or custom filters.
  • •Deep understanding of configuration management frameworks and data quality dimensions.
  • •Excellent cross-functional communication to explain data issues and remediation actions to non-analyst audiences.
