Job Summary

Lead systems engineering for A220 new developments, ensuring robust requirements management and an integrated approach from aircraft level to components while maintaining consistency across interfaces. Steer the validation & verification (V&V) strategy, formalize the systems engineering (SE) strategy/plan in line with the Product Development Plan, and ensure SE deliverables and requirements data structure are ready for program milestones. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and oversee requirements migration into DOORS.

•Ensure deployment of a robust requirements management process for the A220 program.
•Steer an integrated approach from aircraft level to systems/components/sub-components while ensuring consistency across components.
•Define the framework and lead deployment of a Validation & Verification (V&V) strategy for A220 new developments.
•Formalize the new developments SE Strategy, SE Plan, and SE Management Plan in consistency with the Product Development Plan (PDP).
•Oversee requirements migration into DOORS and report progress during regular reviews and program reviews.

•Bilingual profile with advanced negotiation skills in English and working fluency in French.
