Key Responsibilities

  • •Planning and coordinating system improvements and solutions.
  • •Extract and integrating equipment related parameters into existing Fab Operation systems.
  • •Managing EUV Reticle Verification system for ensuring quality.
  • •Coordinating exceptions related EUV Reticles with Samsung internal customers, and managing EUV Reticle defect history management system and daily communication of defect reporting.
  • •Responding to reticle quality related incidents, and coordinate plans for reticle release strategy to meet manufacturing needs.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical), Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics or similar technical degree.

  • •Scripting language (Python, R, VBA, or JSL preferred).
  • •Understanding of semiconductor wafer processing fundamentals and photolithography.
