Medical Laboratory Technologist - (SEHA Kidney Care-Research)

Perform chemical and biological testing on patient specimens for medical diagnosis using clinical laboratory practices aligned with standards such as ISO 15189, CAP, and AABB. Conduct specimen analysis, capture lab results in computer systems, and provide outcomes to physicians per SOP. Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, manage inventory, support quality assurance and clinical audits, and supervise junior staff while ensuring patient confidentiality and safety.
