Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive product strategy by modernizing supply chain planning processes using new tools and technologies and delivering measurable financial outcomes.
  • •Translate business priorities into actionable product decisions (backlog grooming, reprioritization, technical resourcing, and roadmap acceleration).
  • •Lead change enablement by modernizing supply chain workflows, inspiring and mentoring product development teams, and fostering innovation and accountability.
  • •Own product backlog and release planning, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.
  • •Use data analytics and frameworks (including ADKAR) to define success metrics, manage risks, influence roadmap prioritization and funding, and coordinate cross-functional delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in product management or related roles focused on supply chain, digital platforms, or enterprise systems; experience leading agile pods and agile ceremonies, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • •Proven B2B and/or digital product management experience in supply chain or marketplace environments, with deep understanding of supply chain operations, seller ecosystems, and digital commerce platforms.
  • •Demonstrated leadership with empathy and strategic agility; ability to influence without authority and build consensus across diverse teams.
  • •Technical fluency in MLOps, data science frameworks, agile product development, and quality assurance methodologies including design thinking and Six Sigma.
  • •Strong structured analytical and communication skills to deliver insights and drive decision-making.
