Key Responsibilities

  • •Transport and move test items into the Prüffeld and adapt them to the Prüffeld/connect the E-motor.
  • •Run tests from the control room using test software and read out test requirements.
  • •Verify wiring according to wiring diagrams, set limit controllers and measuring instruments, and perform leak tests (water/air).
  • •Parametrize magnet and control valves and the inverter via the test program, start tests, and conduct function checks.
  • •Measure vibration and noise, analyze deviations, document test results and error causes, perform final inspection and system conservation, and maintain activity records.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d), mechatronics (m/w/d), industrial electrician/plant electrician (m/w/d), or equivalent qualification.
  • •Good German skills (spoken and written); English skills are desirable.
  • •Experience desired in special machine construction / single-item production.
  • •Hands-on experience with gantry/tube- and/or lathe loaders cranes plus a valid forklift license (Staplerschein).
  • •Good MS Office knowledge is advantageous.
