Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits with minimal supervision across international jurisdictions.
  • •Provide trusted HR and legal-compliance guidance on termination, resignation, transfers, employment contracts, and redundancy processes.
  • •Independently lead meetings for workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, and separation negotiations to deliver termination outcomes.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders (payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, trade unions) and handle offboarding activities and audits for compliance.
  • •Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents, process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS, and act as a first-level escalation point for employee relations cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply employment laws/regulations and translate complex HR issues into practical guidance for clients and stakeholders.
  • •Advanced business-level written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
