Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a business line end-to-end: vertical/funnel outcomes, targets, strategy, roadmap, prioritisation, and results.
  • •Drive commercial impact by owning the business case (revenue, pricing, packaging) and partnering with Commercial and clients to ensure adoption.
  • •Lead go-to-market end to end, including pricing, positioning, pilots, sales enablement, marketing, legal, support, measurement, launch date, and outcome.
  • •Build and prototype with AI, setting the standard for hands-on product building and rapidly validating ideas before committing resources.
  • •Run the squad and own delivery by setting priorities, unblocking dependencies across Engineering, Data, Design, Legal, and Commercial, and owning the product metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of product experience, including at least two years owning a product or business line with direct revenue accountability beyond feature delivery.
  • •0–1 experience taking a product, market, or new business line from ambiguity to launch and first revenue.
  • •AI-native approach to product building, including prototyping and analysis and understanding AI limitations.
  • •Strong commercial and analytical capability, including unit economics, pricing, and comfortable work with data and SQL.
  • •Hands-on commercial experience pricing and selling to customers, plus a track record of mentoring product talent and raising standards.
