Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, Data/ML, Design, and IT/Security roles from intake through offer.

  • •Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated future technical openings.

  • •Knowledge of technical role requirements to screen for skill and calibrate seniority across functions.
