Key Responsibilities

•Activate and grow an established community of 50+ EMEA ambassadors by building relationships and increasing referral frequency.
•Recruit new ambassadors across DACH and wider EU, owning the full cycle from first outreach to signed agreements and accepted referrals.
•Take over and grow established PCB supplier, distributor, and API integration relationships, managing for growth from day one.
•Build pipeline across partnership categories using internal data to identify gaps and prepare for partner meetings.
•Own commercial execution end-to-end, track leading indicators, and iterate on partner pricing models to create win-win outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 85,000 - 100,000 annually

•Ability to create impact and drive meaningful growth for the partnerships program.
•Exposure to the electronics industry or a credible track record within it so you can speak the industry’s language.
•Self-sufficiency in HubSpot and sequencing tools to run the commercial process.
•Comfort owning full-cycle commercial work from sourcing and qualifying through closing.
•Ability to recruit and activate ambassadors and build referral-driven ARR impact.
