Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned accounts/business units and partner with business leaders and managers on workforce requirements.
  • •Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, career development, transfers, promotions, and exits.
  • •Provide HR advisory and guidance to managers on employee relations, policies, performance issues, and other people matters.
  • •Own and drive location-level HR initiatives and employee experience for the assigned location, partnering with location leadership.
  • •Contribute to strategic HR projects and organization-wide initiatives, analyzing HR data and trends to recommend improvements and take ownership of workstreams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • •MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • •5–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with HR Business Partnering experience.
  • •Ability to partner with business leaders and managers on workforce requirements and people challenges.
  • •Experience handling employee relations, performance issues, and people matters with sensitivity and confidentiality.
