Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage material requirements generated by MRP to align with production plans.
  • •Create, monitor, and track purchase orders to ensure timely supplier execution and follow-up.
  • •Maintain day-to-day relationships with assigned suppliers to support delivery performance and communication.
  • •Monitor order confirmations and delivery schedules, proactively addressing shortages, delays, and supply issues.
  • •Prepare and analyze reports and KPIs related to procurement, inventory, and supplier performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in supply chain, planning, or procurement roles, ideally with operational ownership of a supplier portfolio.

  • •Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence tools for reporting and KPI tracking.
