Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely and efficiently load trailers with finished product.
  • •Operate and maintain the auto scale and perform manual scaling at the re-weigh station.
  • •Use handheld scanner equipment to inventory, palletize, and accurately fill customer orders.
  • •Operate forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently, and load trucks with equipment or by hand.
  • •Ensure inventory accuracy by running and verifying inventory reports, rotating stock, monitoring x-ray, and reporting shipping problems.

  • •Ability to follow written and verbal direction and communicate effectively with coworkers and leadership.
  • •Previous forklift experience required and ability to obtain a valid Pilgrim’s forklift license.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively and work in a cold environment.
  • •Previous experience loading trucks and fulfilling customer orders.
  • •Experience working with inventory control systems and handheld scanner equipment.
