Job Summary

Ensure TikTok’s Trust & Safety and data protection policies are applied accurately across human moderation at scale. Conduct analytical quality audits, perform root-cause deep-dives on recurring issues, and use policy interpretation to validate benchmark “golden sets.” Lead calibration sessions and cross-functional alignment, resolve edge cases, and drive training rollouts for policy updates. Use AI, QA dashboards, and reporting tools to reduce manual work and publish weekly/monthly accuracy, error-trend, and policy-gap insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards while meeting audit targets.
•Perform deep-dives using RCA to identify recurring quality issues, spot error patterns, and translate findings into actionable feedback for operational guidelines and teams.
•Interpret safety guidelines and validate “golden sets” to guide enforcement accuracy for complex or ambiguous/high-risk cases.
•Lead calibration sessions and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to simplify policy explanations and drive global quality goals.
•Resolve edge cases, manage policy cascading so updates are communicated and implemented, and support training rollouts for new policy and guideline changes.

Key Requirements

•1+ year of experience conducting analytical audits and tracking quality performance targets in a trust and safety, compliance, or high-volume operations environment.
•Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills to identify trend patterns and propose process optimizations that reduce error rates while maintaining moderation speed.
•Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs to make expert judgments on complex or high-risk escalation cases.
•Excellent cross-functional communication to lead calibration sessions, deliver training, and align with BPO and internal teams on global quality goals.
•Fluency in Thai for interacting with local content and stakeholders, plus fluency in English as the primary working language.
