  • •Develop and execute preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance to achieve >95% availability on critical lines
  • •Oversee troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and permanent corrective actions for complex systems (vacuum deposition, chemical processing, automation)
  • •Partner with Production and Facility Operations to integrate maintenance windows with factory schedules while minimizing output impact
  • •Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships; drive continuous improvement to increase OEE and enable scaling

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a STEM discipline, or 5+ years leading industrial maintenance teams
  • •3+ years of experience in a manufacturing/operations environment
  • •2+ years of experience in a leadership position
  • •Hands-on experience maintaining solar cell production equipment, including thin-film deposition tools (e.g., PECVD, sputtering systems)
  • •Proficiency with CMMS and data analytics tools for equipment reliability, plus familiarity with lean manufacturing/TPM/Six Sigma or similar methods
