Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and prioritize critical customer cases, ensuring swift and effective responses.
  • •Identify escalation scenarios and engage relevant internal MCC teams and stakeholders to support customers.
  • •Analyze and monitor critical customer situations to mitigate risk of serious business impact.
  • •Address non-technical customer queries (e.g., software downloads, user ID management, license key requests) and guide customers through the SAP Support Portal.
  • •Deliver enablement and knowledge management activities, including workshops, knowledge base content, and training/knowledge transfer.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, IT Management, or a related field.
  • •Curious, agile mindset with strong problem-solving and the ability to collaborate and communicate clearly.
  • •Emotional intelligence and cultural awareness to support inclusive teamwork and thoughtful stakeholder engagement.
