•Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery and equipment using manual and power tools and general tool-room equipment.
•Operate equipment such as forklift, hydraulic lift, and hand cart to move equipment to the appropriate locations.
•Maintain electrical controls, circuits, and control panels; diagnose troubles and determine the scope of repairs.
•Perform repairs, installation, or modification requiring hydraulic, plumbing, and electrical skills; place repair parts orders.
•Maintain departmental work order and preventative maintenance records and complete downtime reports.

•Experience with plastic injection molding equipment preferred, plus knowledge from relevant courses such as high-voltage electrical, electrical troubleshooting, PLC, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
