Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience (or an Advanced degree with a minimum of 10 years).
  • •Program management experience with development programs.
  • •Systems engineering foundation experience including requirements development, system integration, technical risk identification, and/or lifecycle engineering practices.
  • •Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance using tools/processes such as EVMS, IMP/IMS, and risk/opportunity management.
  • •Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
