Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations as a Commis I by assisting with food preparation and simple cooking tasks under the supervision of senior chefs. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, follow recipes for consistent quality, and handle food safety and sanitation practices to prevent cross-contamination. Help with stock rotation and inventory support, prepare ingredients and equipment for service, and assist with plating, garnishing, and guest-ready presentation while coordinating with the culinary team.
