Job Summary

Design and build backend services in PHP and TypeScript/Node, owning features end to end from data model to API. Key Responsibilities

•Design and build backend services in PHP and TypeScript/Node, owning features end-to-end from data model to API.
•Design asynchronous, event-driven, resilient architectures using message queues, dead-letter queues, and retry policies.
•Write and optimize complex SQL queries, including joins, aggregations, CTEs, and window functions for real data volumes.
•Operate and monitor AWS-based services (ECS, ECR, SQS, SES, S3, CloudWatch, EC2, RDS, ElastiCache) with observability.
•Contribute across the stack, including the Express/Node backend and touching the Nuxt 3/Vue 3 frontend.

Key Requirements

•Solid PHP experience, with experience in Laravel or Symfony welcome.

•Experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS.
•Experience designing asynchronous/event-driven (EDA) systems such as dead-letter queues and retry policies.
