Sales & Service Lead - Westfield Topanga

Lead guest experience on the sales floor by coaching the team, assessing guest connection, and delivering guest education and interaction. Drive engagement and results by analyzing reports, supporting action plans, and ensuring strong sales floor coverage through workforce solutions. Partner with Operations and Visual leads to manage operational needs like budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities. Oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, including recruitment and development.
