Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot complex customer environments and provide technical input during escalations using protocol knowledge and traffic analysis; support automation/testing with basic scripting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AUD 220,000 - 235,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years’ experience in pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting in the networking industry.
  • •Hands-on experience across wired, wireless, and cloud-managed networks, including wireless LAN, campus/edge switching, SD-WAN, and data center network fabrics.
  • •In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies including OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS, VRRP, MLAG, LACP, IGMP, PIM, and VXLAN.
  • •Knowledge of network access control and analytics platforms, including authentication mechanisms such as 802.1X and RADIUS.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Network Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent enterprise networking experience), plus preferred networking/cloud/AI certifications (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
