Job Summary

Lead the Cyber and AI Initiative and shape the Centre’s Cyber Frontiers agenda by setting strategic direction, building and convening a multi-stakeholder community, and overseeing workshops, working groups, and events. Drive cybersecurity thought leadership through content and publications, manage relationships with strategic partners, and serve as a subject matter expert on emerging frontier technologies and technology governance. Collaborate across the World Economic Forum to embed cybersecurity into technology-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the strategic direction, priorities, and annual work programme for the Cyber and AI Initiative.
•Build and convene a community of senior executives and experts from partner organizations, designing and overseeing engagement activities.
•Lead development of content, publications, frameworks, and other thought leadership outputs for cybersecurity and frontier technologies.
•Manage relationships with strategic and supporting partners and coordinate project teams involving Forum employees and Fellows from partner organizations.
•Monitor emerging cybersecurity challenges and opportunities from frontier technologies, and support relevant technology governance and policy engagement.

Key Requirements

•8–10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, emerging technologies, technology policy, or a related field.
•Strong understanding of AI and cybersecurity; knowledge of frontier technologies such as quantum, robotics, or space is an advantage.
•Experience leading international, multi-stakeholder initiatives across business, government, and academia.
•Track record of developing high-quality publications, executive content, or strategic insights.
•Experience managing strategic partnerships and cross-functional teams, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
