Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and evolve Vogue’s visual strategy for the US and Mexico alongside the Global Creative Director.
  • •Provide visuals direction to the visuals team and lead cross-market delivery of high-impact content from start to completion.
  • •Own photo shoot production across print and digital, including commissioning teams, liaising with vendors, and ensuring successful shoots within budget.
  • •Manage photo budgets, including setting and assigning project budgets, tracking resources, and communicating with leadership and operations/finance partners.
  • •Lead team workflow for production quality and visual research, including curating photographer lists and maintaining contracts, photo fees, and usage rights.

Salary: USD 166,000 - 208,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in the visual production industry with strong industry contacts (agencies, photographers, stylists, studios).
  • •Strong people management experience, including inspiring and developing talent.
  • •Experience leading a team globally in a matrix organization.
  • •Excellent editorial judgment with demonstrated ability to manage teams to develop visual stories across platforms.
  • •Expertise in visuals research and production from development through execution.
